  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • For the Assembly:
  • 4 whole wheat pita pockets
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • Fresh herbs (mint, parsley)

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with Greek seasoning and lemon juice
  • Begin by heating olive oil in your pan at medium-high temperature
  • Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden
  • Warm pita pockets slightly
  • Fill with chicken and toppings
  • Add yogurt sauce and serve
