- Crust:
- 1 cup almond flour or whole oat flour
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Filling:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
