For the Topping:

Instructions
Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and gently oil your baking dish before starting
Mix sliced peaches with maple syrup, vanilla, and spices in a bowl
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt for topping in separate bowl
Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and enough almond milk to form crumbles
Pour peach mixture into baking dish and top with crumble mixture
Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden and filling bubbles
