Ingredients
  

  • For the Filling :
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 cup whole grain flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and gently oil your baking dish before starting
  • Mix sliced peaches with maple syrup, vanilla, and spices in a bowl
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt for topping in separate bowl
  • Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and enough almond milk to form crumbles
  • Pour peach mixture into baking dish and top with crumble mixture
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden and filling bubbles
